Ladders are made to order with currently approx a 7 week lead-time.
If interested in ordering please 'contact us'.
If unsure of suitability for the vessel please WhatsApp or email a picture of your toe rail so that we can ensure that the sailsteps boarding ladder will fit.
We are so confident of the quality and durability of our product that we offer a full 3 year warranty (t's & c's apply).
The sailsteps boarding ladder is £336 / €405 including delivery to any UK / Ireland address. International postage rates can be advised on request and customers will be responsible for any import charges, taxes or duties.
We are confident that the first use on your vessel will confirm that the product exceeds your expectations however if there is a problem with fitment etc. (e.g. longer or shorter standoffs required perhaps) we will try to resolve it.
It is unlikely you are not delighted with the ladder please be assured you can return it to us free of charge within 28 days of receipt for a full refund (t's & c's apply).
Terms and conditions
In the unlikely event of returning the ladder it must be in 'as new' and unused condition (other than opening for careful testing/trial purposes) and in its original packing to ensure no damage occurs in transit. It is your responsibility to ensure it arrives with us in 'as new,' unused, unmarked and undamaged condition.
Our 3 year warranty covers any structural failure whatsoever of the brackets, ladder or stand-offs, excluding normal wear and tear from every day use or damage caused by the user. The sailor's whipping is not covered by this warranty as this is considered a consumable which can quickly and easily be replaced by the user; we recommend 1.5-2.5mm line (we use dyneema for the best friction/grip and abrasion resistance).
Wood, as a natural material in the extreme marine environment, may split. There is a large safety factor as the steps have been designed with much more load-bearing wood than the design requires and small splits (up to 2mm) are not usually of any structural concern. If such small splits do occur these should be filled with waterproof wood filler such as 'Rustins Plastic Wood' at the earliest opportunity. If filled in good time these are much less likely to open further. Be assured - if splits in the timber are of concern the steps can be returned under warranty for repair or replacement. We will load test, assess and repair or replace as we deem necessary.
